Keyboard feels nice with short key travel. Speakers live up to the MacBook reputation. However, this specific model had an issue where typing on it too fast would result in lag while performing more than one operation at the same time, such as watching a video and typing a document.

Great product never have had a problem with apple salesman was a terrific help to assist with right product for what I was looking for

This was a computer that my husband and I got for basic things at home. Our son already has same model so we knew was simple to use. Display is great.

I got this laptop (open box) and it has been fantastic. I’ve read many complaints about fan noise, but I can usually go for hours without any at all.

Being new to Mac I found this to be a great starting point when it comes to value, Mac's overall power, without being to overwhelming with extra features.

This was a great computer I like the system I like the keyboard my children love this product it has a fast Network I would recommend this product for anyone.

To make a long story short, we had to contact live chat, the 888 number and a physical store to help resolve an issue that we were having. Everyone did their best to help us and eventually we were able to resolve the issue that we were having. It would have not been possible without the great assistance that we received from all three groups. HOWEVER, when my granddaughter opened her "open-box" MacBook, she discovered that there was not a charger in the box. When my daughter went back to the store, the clerk at the store pointed out that the label on the box said that a charger was not included. And that is fine, but nowhere on the website when looking at purchasing this item did it say that a charger was not included. For the price of the charger added to what we paid for the MacBook we could have purchased a new MacBook.

Purchased this laptop for my daughter who will be using for college. She always wanted a macbook so i had to get it. Got a good deal with BB running a promo!

I tried the Microsoft Surface and had it a couple of days and didn't care for it. I returned it and got a MacBook instead. Apple is a better product for me.

My laptop has performed as expected. Very similar to the previous one I had at work. So familiarity is a big plus and don’t really use it for much other than internet research, social media and surfing with some occasional bill paying. So overall a solid purchase as a Mac laptop. Will see as I own it for a year or so.

This is what my daughter wanted for Christmas. She has not been disappointed at all with it. She is in Middle School and does all of her homework on it.

This is the first MacBook for my daughter and she is so happy with it, long gone are the days of dealing with compurer crashes and malware/virus issues ( PC)

Getting one more . Beautiful system will have to get another at this deal of a price . Wish this one had more internal memory as the new ones do.

Quality of the product is really good. Windows user will find it little rough at start, once accustomed it is a great product

So far I am happy with this laptop. I am a bit concerned because after only having it about a month, it shut off all of the sudden and I had difficulty getting it to come back on. After about 10 minutes, the screen finally came back on. I'm not sure what caused the issue, but I am hoping it's just a one-time glitch.

We were so thrilled about how much our daughter benefited by her lap top that we gave our son one as well. Way more than we usually spend but it’s worth it.

Purchased this for my graduate degree and this computer is nothing but helpful. I have had no issues thus far and I am super satisfied with my purchase!

This is the second one of MacBook Airs that we have bought this year. My grandchildren needed computers for school and military service.

Purchased this laptop back in late February (currently March 26). I like it so far, as it does everything I need it to for my basic college needs.
