Easy to use, prefer the keys instead of the Touch Bar. Able to run any program I want so I have no complaints. Apple makes great laptops.

Purchased as gift to replace aging Samsung laptop. Wow what an improvement. A little expensive, as are all Apple products, but worth it.

I only gave this laptop a 4 because I still haven't learned how to use it fully. I've never had a laptop before and it's an Apple on top of it, so I have to learn a whole new world. But, so far so good. Haven't had it a month yet, so I'm sure as I have more time to play with it, I'll get much better at using it.

This laptop is beautiful. Some people have issues with the keyboard but I just don't understand why. I think it's great. I recommend this laptop.

This is our first Mac book air and we are very impressed. We have connected this to our TV, sync to our phone. User interface outstanding!

I wrote a previous review on this model. I was surprised when I open the box and compared the size difference. Although it is thinner, I feel like we've lost some of the protection with the added casing that came standard with the previous model. I can already see that there would be an issue with potential hazard for the screen being more apt to breaks, shattering and damage with less metal casing to protect it. I do not like the idea of less port and having to buy a USB-C adapter to be able to plug in things that were able to be plugged in before. Then I'm not sure why Apple opted to add a traditional headphone port. It makes no sense being that none of the headphones or jacks for Apple have traditional ports, so that's another adapter (for your Apple/Beats/iPhone headphones) that will have to be purchased just to be able to use it.
