I bought this for my wife for Valentines Day to replace an ancient dinosaur. This laptop is lightweight, and super sleek. I'm not a Mac guy but I'm impressed with the speed and the features of this guy. For me it was worth the purchase, plus it keeps a happy wife. The i5 and 8GB of memory is plenty for her business use and web surfing habits.

I have had a MacBook before and I was very eager to get a new one when my old one was just simply too old to keep up. I purchased this beauty because of the color and the need to use it for school this coming fall. The laptop is very lightweight and sleek. I love being able to simply open it and it powers up on its own. The MacBook Air is easy to use and of course it gives a tutorial for first time users. The only downfall to this version is that it lacks USB ports. There is a port for headphones and there are two ports for a c cable. I had to buy an adapter to be able to use any usb drives as well as an sd cards.

So, I just got this MacBook Air. I got it on Black Friday. It was $799, Also got the apple care Plan. Sure, apple fanboys will say "you don't need it" Sure they might be right. Yeah nothing might go wrong "but , its smart to have some insurance on the apple products" Also I would recommend people getting insurance through insurance carrier. So, I got it for the Wife, and sure she likes it but also I like it a lot. So, now to the good parts: 1. I like the screen I believe its a 2k 2650x1600 its nice and bright. Sure not as bright as the MacBook Pro (2019) 2. Touch ID very good. ITs absolute a huge reason to switch to MacBook. 3. its very snappy, and quick. 4. touch pad is also very good. Bad things (things to improve) 1. Keyboard even though I like the keyboard I will admit that apple could improve the keys. If you need to type fast, its not as fast as a windows laptop. 2. CPU is a low power duel core i5 1.6 GHZ in 2019 (are you serious apple?)

Awesome laptop! Good investment! User friendly, it’s fast and super lightweight, battery lasts longer than I expected. The only downside is there’s NO USB port..like really apple?! So you have to buy an additional accessory if you want to connect your laptop to a USB port.

Light, easy to use and I love the color! Touch ID is awesome.

I was in the market for a new computer, I originally had a Chromebook. I like how sleek and light this MacBook is. Everything I need to do on the computer is a breeze. Quality is great and simple to use. I get a lot of use out of it, and it holds a charge very well. I feel like I got what I paid for, which is a great working computer.

I have never owned a Mac before so I can't compare to past models. It took me a few days to get used to the functionality which is different from my previous Windows laptops. My daughter has a Mac so she has been able to help me with questions. I also purchased a one year subscription to Total Tech Support and the customer service has been awesome. I did get frustrated at first because I was unable to sign in to the device because it had been years sInce I had signed in to my Apple account (which I opened years ago for my daughter's iPod). I was locked out and actually had to come up to the Best Buy store and have a Geek Squad associate get me into the computer. That is the only fly in the ointment that I have seen so far. I like the touch ID. It's a learning process to figure out just how to touch it to get it to work, but I have no problem with using a backup password. Time will tell if the laptop will live up to Apple's reputation for long lasting quality. I am very pleased so far. It is soooo much lighter, thinner and easier to transport than my old laptop! The price point was actually very similar to the Microsoft Surface I was looking at. Overall I am very pleased!

Purchased this as a Christmas present for my son. He loves it. Easy to set up. Fast and perfect for his everyday use. I finally converted him from a “PC” user to Apple fanatic; I’d been an Apple user for years. Now he says, “he doesn’t know why he waited this long to switch”. An excellent machine. Well worth the price. Highly recommend.

I am an apple lover overall. This computer is very easy to learn to use. I have had it for about over a month also two months and it’s been great! I am a Masters student so it’s size is convenient when I’m on the run. It’s also very light. I do highly recommend a case or something protective because it’s slippery and can fall at any time.

I bought this Mac book for my daughter. She is very happy loves the Color very light. It has everything she needs and more for school. The screen size is perfect. The color is beautiful. I actually use it and it's very easy to use . My youngest daughter actually wants one now. So planning on purchasing another one.

I love the new gold MacBook! It is thin, color is beautiful and it is easy to move around. The only negative thing to know is that the computer does not have a USB port, you need an adapter to plug a USB into it. It was an easy curb side pick up from Best Buy and the workers that helped me were very kind.

The new MacBook Air continues to be the best Mac product when considering price. Lighter than the old MacBook Air and available in a few new colors, it still provides powerful performance. Been waiting to purchase this computer as the price was $200 below the Apple Price. It works fantastic as one would expect from Apple, quick uploads, fast processor, and is extremely lightweight, easy to carry around to meetings. Long battery life means it can work all day without having to connect to plug.

Easy to use. Small so it fits easily on my limited desk space. Easily carried to different areas depending on where I need to be for personal or professional work. Support service for both the laptop and other items. Best Buy has been supportive of my needs after purchasing this laptop.

This MacBook Air was exactly what our family needed. We had been using my 8 year old MacBook Pro that was just too outdated and could not keep up any longer. We finally upgraded to this and although it does not have much storage we also purchased a 1 TB external hard drive along side this and we transfer our data over once a week. It keeps the MacBook clutter free and the storage free! I recommend Apple products and especially this one if you are looking for something for your basic billing and home office needs along with family needs such as your child doing school work or uploading photos. It has an awesome sleek, matte gray style that is extremely lightweight making it very easy to move around and travel with. The keyboard is easy to type on and the backlights make it easy to use in a dark-lit area. The retina display is amazing as well and overall this laptop is perfect for what I purchased it for. I would recommend if you have similar needs for a laptop.

I was looking for a new laptop and I came a cross this Mac book. I have never owned an Apple product but I’m glad I am now. This laptop runs smoothly. I use it all the time and the battery is just amazing. I travel a lot so I take it with me. Beautiful color and works well.

I bought the new model MacBook Air and this is my first apple laptop. Needless to say I will never get another Microsoft one. The design and size are perfect for at home and traveling. I enjoy the Touch ID sign in option as well. This MacBook has exceeded my expectations.

This my first Mac/Apple computer. I’ve always had HP computers and was expecting there to be a learning curve on getting used to a new type of computer but so far so good. Super light weight and user friendly. Very long lasting battery. I am very happy with my MacBook Air.
