    I bought this laptop without doing too much research. I am so happy I did. Overall, I needed this to work on the go, with basic emails, pictures, and streaming. I also have an iPAD and iPhone but theres something about a laptop that can make work feel easier. I urge you to consider this if you have the budget. It might seem a bit overpriced for the specs, but the quality of the machine is what you're looking for.

    My daughter loves the lap top. It’s really too bad that Best Buy’s service is so horrible. They have great deals and great products but when something goes wrong Best Buy isn’t willing to go above and beyond to make it right. It makes me never want to do business with you again. Not that you care, you have made that very apparent after waiting on hold for 4 hours and being passed back and forth between departments.
