I had to purchase anew Apple Mac Book Air. I purchased the 128 GB model and later found out I needed the 256 GB. I brought the computer back and exchanged it with no problems and discovered it was on sale and got the 256 GB for the same price.

My first MacBook Air is still going strong, so we got a 2nd one. I like the size and functionality. I think the prices are a bit too high.

I have the one from 2010 and this one is very nice. I like the additional memory I have. I don't like that you don't have a USB for this computer but I took care of that by purchasing the Hyperdrive USB - Type C. It has a place for SD Micro, USB, HDMI, etc. Overall I am happy with this computer.

We purchased this about pandemic time. The switch from windows to Mac isn’t the easiest. We got the Geek Squad coverage bit was had cuz nobody was working and we didn’t want anybody coming to our house. I’m getting there but prepare yourself for a bit of a challenge for sure.

finally completed my entire apple collection with this beauty. the touch ID adds something extra & i love it so far. holds a charge forever

The new macbook air is great. Very light and sturdy, great to handle. Just wish it would come with 512GB SSD standard instead of 256.

The process of getting the computer was easy. I order online and I was notified when item was ready to be picked up. The associates were helpful and friendly. Thank you for your excellent customer service!!!

Not so pleased with new Apple keyboard design, but like the new look and feel of the MacBook Air. I bought open box which saved me an additional $50 plus Best Buy also had an amazing sale. Best Buy always beats Apple’s prices and you can still by AppleCare to get the Apple experience.

It was over heating all the time. I went to best buy and they told me to update the software yet after 24 mins of restarting it over heated. And the fan was too loud. I love mac but my 2016 macbook air is way better. We owned 3 macbooks - 1 air and 2 pros 15 inches and 13 inches but this is the first time i heard the fan that run too loud.

I switched from the MacBook Pro to the Air and love the lighter weight. Not so sure about the keyboard, but am getting used to it.

Would recomend apple macbook to any user I have always dislike apple, but this product is a very good computer and is the fastest

Same Mac comfort as always. Bonus points if you are in the Apple Ecosystem already. Especially if on sale (100 dollars plus)

I thought for a few seconds about venturing out on Black Friday. Once I came to my senses, I went on-line and found the same great deal that I would have received at the store. I got a text message informing me that my purchase was ready for pick-up. Thanks Best Buy!

Fantastic. This was my first Mac and I was a bit nervous to switch, but it is ver user friendly and a quick google search can help you find LOTS of great features and capabilities.

My college student loved it. Good thing I made this purchase as it came in handy during the pandemic. All the schools went virtual and having a laptop was definitely essential. Performs as expected being that it’s a great Apple product.

Much easier to navigate and problem shoot then my last laptop. My only complaint is how long some updates take.

My daughter needed a computer for her school. I’ve always trusted apple products and she wanted a MacBook because of its reputation. My daughter has had no regrets. She has been using her computer endlessly with no problem whatsoever.

Good laptop for doing basic computer work. The laptop is just what I needed to do the work that I do every day.
