Service was terrible

We picked up the computer when it arrived, scheduled a time to have it set up, at least that is what we thought. When we arrived at the scheduled time we were told it was just to drop off the computer and it would be ready in 2-3 days. All we wanted was to start up the computer and get the programs loaded. We were unhappy since we could have done that the week before, then I got a text not more than an hour later saying it was ready for pickup. So another trip we made. The service department really does need to make some changes.

Not comfortable with that process. I was told I would have to sign for it but it was dropped off without my signature. Not good. I do love my computer however.
