I have worked in IT for a long time and have not been able to recommend anything in the Macbook lineup for some time now because the price was just not right. Finally the 2020 Macbook Air came along and offered superior build quality, a normal keyboard, and a reasonable value (for Apple). I have been very happy with this purchase.

Great laptop - replaced dell xps 7390 2 months old

I went through two bad fully loaded xps 7390s in 2 months. Glad to be back with a mac. Great for everyday work. Will upgrade to a pro once the 10th gen chips are available to handle some of our larger spreadsheet and presentation tasks. Go mac, go macbook air straight 8 gb /512 for 99% of folks. Best. g
