This laptop is the perfect size to work on college desks, carry in backpacks and etc. Definitely would recommend as a beginner laptop for anyone in college.

Lightweight, powerful, responsive keyboard, great battery and typical Mac reliability. Price is right: you get what you pay for, and trade in and resale value remains optimal.

Have been using my MacBook for school and so far so good! Easy to use, worth the $, and I love that everything syncs with Apple products. Battery life is amazing compared to the Microsoft Surface Go laptop I had.

The store clerks were very informative and helpful when I was trying to decide on my purchase for the Apple MacBook. I bought the macbook for my grandson and he is delighted and started using it right away. I really appreciated the assistance of the sore clerk arranging for the MacBook to picked up by my grandson (who has already start college ) in another city. This is the 5th Mac laptop that I have purchased. Typically, I purchase one for each of my grandchildren's high school graduation. This MacBook Air set up was so simple. I have always favored windows but I must admit I am impressed with the sleek appearance and speed of this machine. I know it will carry my granddaughter through 4 years of her university experience, if not longer. I must mention that the price was also "just right".
