    I bought it open box. But let me tell you No problems at all. It is basically brand new and i got it at a discounted price. Plus the 12 month financing on Best Buy credit card makes it easy to pay monthly. That’s why I love to shop at Best Buy specially the open box items. I am happy with this purchase.

    The laptop is great overall. However, the process of getting it, not so much. I got an open box—excellent—and it was locked when I picked it up. I had to go to a different Best Buy to get it unlocked, and thankfully, Geek Squad was able to help me resolve the issue the same day. I do like the computer, though, of course, and it is indeed in excellent condition.

    Appie receives and A+ as usual. The MacBook Air is working extremely will at top speed. I went in to BB to purchase my third MacBook Pro. The Rep told me based on my usage and need the MacBook Air would be more appropriate. Plus I could save $200 which was a wise decision. Not to mention the Midnight color adds a bit of pop.
