I upgraded from the m1 MacBook Air and tho it’s not a huge upgrade this laptop is so stunning and I love the MagSafe charging! Will definitely be using it for school.

Great portable laptop, and handles my photo editing easily

I purchased the Macbook Air 13.6” Starlight laptop last month. I liked the crisp retina display, which looked better than my 2017 MacBook Air display (see the below photos). Internet browsing speeds were fast. However, I noticed that when I first set up the laptop, there was a delay when using the trackpad (the cursor would freeze or move slowly). After doing an online search for solutions, I found information about changing the settings for the trackpad, and that seemed to help. I had also purchased a separate hub that plugged into one of the Thunderbolt ports so I could use my USB mouse. I experienced lagging and delays when using the USB mouse. I purchased an Apple Magic Mouse to see if this would resolve the lagging issue but returned it because I didn’t want to waste my time; I’ve seen various comments online about people having delay/lagging issues with a USB mouse and a Magic Mouse. In addition, I also noticed that when I edited videos in I-Movie, I experienced lagging and delays. My previous laptops were a 2017 MacBook Air and a 2009 Macbook; I’ve never experienced these types of issues before and I was concerned that they wouldn’t improve or that more issues would develop. I was also frustrated about the lack of ports (USB, SD card slot) and didn’t like that I had to buy extra accessories in order to use a mouse or micro SD card. As a result, I returned the laptop to Best Buy.

Great laptop and wonderful color - very, very pretty!

Bought this for my fiancé for Father’s Day. He always complained about the library’s access and reliability so this was perfect for him. He loved it and the color.
