I bought this in Nov 2023, and it has been working amazingly for 1.5 years now. The midnight black color looks sleek and the laptop is not heavy- you won't even realise you have that in your backpack. The storage is also adequate for everyday use. Good Mac Air to buy if you don't want to spend too much on the latest models.

The MacBook Air is a great laptop for everyday use. It's thin, light, and portable, and it has a long battery life. It's also very powerful, thanks to its M2 chip. The Air is a great choice for students, professionals, and anyone who needs a reliable and easy-to-use laptop.

This machine is wicked. I originally bought to just record rock tracks, and then my main 3090 I9 windows build started freezing every time I switched a window (yet to diagnose the issue, tried new ssd w/ fresh install, gonna replace psu) I was thinking no way this could replace my super computer… but I decided to install Fusion360 and even unreal engine, and holy crap! Fusion360 is faster on this, it runs like butter, and shockingly I can run Unreal Engine (although that’s were I hit limit / runs but a bit buggy) everything else runs amazing. I run microsoft teams, multiple browsers, and fusion 360 on it with dongle hooked up to my 49” ultra wide in clamshell mode for my remote work now. The battery runs forever too, I don’t even bring a charger with me when I hit up the studio. Also the finish is sexy that black midnight blue… I was a pc dude before, but this thing converted me, the M2 chip is insane! Apple did great. I don’t know how they do it, but I suspect it’s because they tune the OS to the hardware is why it runs so smoothly and efficient. I thought I would of needed a Mac studio or like macbook pro… no… this is great (and I’m a heavy user / enthusiast level dude) I haven’t tried gaming on it yet, but I imagine it can handle that. I got the cheapest / base level one, and it’s great… only issue I’d say is ssd space, but I can add an external if I need.

The employees at the store were so kind an amazing in helping me with this purchase. And the laptop itself is so amazing! The bigger screen, newer design, faster processor and more! I love all of it!

I absolutely love my new MacBook. I upgraded from a 2017 model. The new MacBook Air is a wonderful update, lighter in weight, and nice features like fingerprint access to passwords. Great chip and screen. Processor Runs fast.

I use it mainly for coding and after switching from windows, this thing is a clean piece of work. I was a bit worried about only 8gb of ram as I use android and iPhone emulators but everything runs extremely smooth. Highly recommend for students or anyone that wants a reliable, light and smooth laptop.

This Macbook Air is the best laptop ive ever owned. Fast, light, powerful, there is no need to spend more money and upgrade to a Macbook Pro for most users.

Great size and best laptop I’ve had! It’s nice and slim and easy to carry. Fast running and you can unlock your computer with finger! Definitely worth the buy.

Apple knocked it out of the park with this one! The new design is really nice. I was worried about the camera indent (like the iPhone's) being an eyesore but they actually raised the screen on both sides of it, as opposed to dropping the notch down. It fits perfectly in between the menu bar. It is really light, very fast and looks incredible!

Love my macbook. Very lightweight yet sturdy. Perfect size for me. No issues and absolutely love it! Apple never disappoints. Took me a bit to adjust but was overall familiar because of my other Apple products. Great speed and no lagging either

I purchased this computer as a secondary computer to do small tasks when I want to be away from my desk. I have been using it for a couple months now. Overall design: it’s sleek, no more butterfly keys, and I think the midnight color is amazing (it does fingerprint very easily). I will say the sharp edges when typing can dig into your skin depending on the position you are typing. Battery life: I’ve only charged this device a handful of times. It’s insane. Also MagSafe is on this device which is nice. Screen: the screen is good. I understand it’s an Air but for the extra price I don’t feel like you are gaining much from the M1 so a nicer screen could have helped the higher price. It does get brighter than the M1 Air but barely. Weight: it’s an Air. It weights 2.5 pounds and has no fan. I sometimes forget how light it is when I pick it up. Overall I recommend this product. For an extra $200 you are gaining some nice quality of life features the M1 Air is missing. Also don’t listen to the backlash about slow SSD speeds. I have never ran into an issue.

Works very well and is very efficient for a college student. I'm going into my final year and it can handle various tabs open at a time on multiple surfaces (don't do that though if you want to preserve the longevity... however, it can). And I love the color midnight :)

I had been using an early 2015 MBP. It still worked great but the battery life was awful. Decided to finally upgrade to MBA M2 and it is 100000000x better in every way. Screen brightness, speed, weight, and every other spec. Also, love the midnight color.

Bought this to replace my Dell Latitude laptop. The display is beautiful, the hinge has the perfect amount of resistance, the battery life is incredible, and it performs very well for what I need. The only thing i wosh it had was at least one USB-C port on the right side.

Very fast M2 Chip, Incredible battery life, and I'm digging this Midnight Blue! My previous MacBook was pretty dated and was struggling. This runs everything with ease and no issues. Touch ID is nice on a laptop, and the display looks great. Recommended for sure.
