I've been using this MacBook Air for work and it's been absolutely phenomenal. Even with just the M2 and only 8GB of memory, it handles multitasking like a champ, not slowing down at all with plenty of tabs open and a Parallels VM running Windows 11 at the same time. By far the most impressive thing I've noticed is the battery life; I can easily go two days without charging, and have even stopped carrying a charger with me when I leave the office. The only things I'm missing from not getting the MacBook Pro are the better speakers, and the Pro Motion display, but this display is gorgeous in it's own right.

Beautiful design, fast-working, super battery. I don’t use specific programs, so don’t have opportunity to describe all the work of M2. But for general use - wonderful laptop.

I was concerned about RAM size and SSD capacity, but it appeared to be fast for web surfing, documents, and even some gaming. It's a great travel companion (light and compact) and excellent for kids' studies (reliable, sturdy, and no software problems). I had a Windows laptop around the same price, but had constant issues with it. This one had no issues in 2.5 years, except with the keyboard. The kids used to eat while on the computer, leaving a lot of crumbs, so some keys started to be sticky. I used compressed air to fix all keys except one. I purchased a $19 key set for this model and easily replaced the key. No more food while working on the laptop!

Old MAC was 12 years old and had slow processor. This new one is probably more than I need but I love it!! Light weight, slender. Battery life is awesome

The best performing MacBook Air one may have ever used, specs are equivalent to the MacBook Pro, all for a good price. And the new midnight color just looks rich and is just awesome.

Still expensive but nice laptop. Very light. The $200 price increase or price difference compared to previous model is justified due to bit bigger and vibrant screen. Faster processor, magsafe among other minor upgrades, etc.

Fantastic machine. Fast, pretty and sleek. I work in software and I always have a ton of applications running and dozens of pages open on different browsers. Also zoom calls, online radio or Spotify running. This laptop doesn't even blink or becomes hot, or anything like that... Plus, battery runs for almost the entire day! Perfect perfect purchase so far and a great price at bestbuy.
