I have been a Windows PC/Laptop user since 1998 and the decision to switch was not easy, but it has been well worth it. In addition, Best Buy had the same competitive price as all other sellers.

Hardware fine, Mac OS less so

The MAC OS (14 - Sonoma) has some "features" I don't care for. For instance, being able to sync my calendar through the finder no longer works, even though Apple claims it does. Getting it to synch through the cloud has been an ordeal as well, and isn't over yet. So far, I have invested 13 hours of phone calls with Apple support and we're not finished. This is the first time (of many) that just restoring from a Time Machine backup didn't have me up and running almost immediately. Again - not the fault of anything from Best Buy.
