    The computer isn't working properly, the computer shuts off if the charger isn't attached it runs hot and i'm very disappointed in my purchase.

    The computer itself was in excellent condition but the reason for the one star review is because it didn’t work. It turned on but we weren’t able to set it up because it froze on the starting screen and not even BB reps could get it to work.

    I understand this is a refurbished laptop but due to its slow load speed and overall lack of usability, i might as well have put my $400 in the yard and set it on fire. The return window closed before I even gifted this to my daughter for her birthday. We are so disappointed.

    I would NEVER purchase a pre-owned MacBook Air; I have had nothing but problems with it since receiving it!
