I love it. I had no issues updating my software to the latest edition. There was practically no imperfections when I received it and it works like new. I am happy with my purchase and recommend this product.

I've been looking for a MacBook air running Apple silicon for a while but they're so expensive to buy new and I couldn't justify it. So when I came across this one in nearly new condition at about half the price I just had to have it! I am very pleased with the product. It's very powerful for a small laptop, fast thanks to the SSD storage, and has an incredible battery life which lasts pretty much all day even when running demanding applications.

Laptop came with good basic Apple software and it looked very nice. Battery and all the equipment seemed new. I downloaded apple’s latest software update and the computer worked even better. Great computer at a very good price.

I bought this product very cheap and in excellent condition, it has been really useful and despite being used, it came like new. The attention was fast and good

This was a good purchase it was refurbished plus, I added insurance in case anything goes wrong. Bought it for my daughter in college she’s having fun using.

Its ok but the battery consumption is trashed i wish i could do something about it but the price to fix it is the same price for a better one. But its great thought no problems other thsn the battery runs great gets hot fast but thats mainly because the apps i run.

For a used macbook, it is in amazing condition, and so far has been great to have. My daughter has done light gaming, homework, and aome extracurricular online classes on it with ease.

Poor quality scratches on both outside and bottom of device. There were no scratches on screen keyboard was in tack. The Mac Book was stuck on the screen asking to choose your location or region, I selected US and it done nothing I did multiple resets still did not work. Don’t waste your time this model I believe is too outdated get a newer model, there are several options from other third party sites.

Bought laptop for school. Daughter didn’t start using until late August / September. Stopped turning on / responding after 1 month. Made appointment + took in to Best Buy and were told there’s nothing they can do “it’s not responding”

One of the worst laptops I have ever purchased!!!!! Do not buy this one. Freeze all the time and no return policy! So disappointed from Best Buy.
