There was practically no imperfections when I received it and it works like new. I am happy with my purchase and recommend this product.

But its great thought no problems other thsn the battery runs great gets hot fast but thats mainly because the apps i run.

Battery and all the equipment seemed new. I downloaded apple’s latest software update and the computer worked even better. Great computer at a very good price.

Defective Mac Book

There were no scratches on screen keyboard was in tack. The Mac Book was stuck on the screen asking to choose your location or region, I selected US and it done nothing I did multiple resets still did not work. Don’t waste your time this model I believe is too outdated get a newer model, there are several options from other third party sites.

My daughter has done light gaming, homework, and aome extracurricular online classes on it with ease.

Daughter didn’t start using until late August / September. Stopped turning on / responding after 1 month. Made appointment + took in to Best Buy and were told there’s nothing they can do “it’s not responding”
