    the laptop itself is good. my rating is a reflection of the customer service i received from best buy. the laptop kept getting delayed for over a week because best buy had a restriction forcing me to sign for the package (which is not an issue since the package is pricey). the issue was that even after having contacted the delivery service multiple times about my work hours, they kept "attempting to deliver" during my working hours which made it impossible for me to sign for the item. Additionally I took time off twice in order to be at home to receive the package and it was marked as "attempted to deliver" on both of those days even though I was home all day waiting for the package - so that was a complete lie. I even had my door open all day and sat on the sofa by the door in order not to miss the delivery. to make it even clearer, on those days, no photo of my door was taken and no sticker was left on the door to prove that an attempt was made. again having contacted best buy multiple times, I still was not able to receive my item. I also asked to go get it at the store and sign for it there and they refused. I had to talk to fedex MULTIPLE times and finally after 9 or 10 days i was able to convince fedex to let me go sign for the item at a pick up location. I had to drive over 30 minutes during my working hours to sign for the package. this has literally been the worst delivery and customer service issue I have ever had to deal with. and best buy refuses to give me a refund

    This is my fourth MacBook and I really love this one. I’ve had different versions. I did have to get things replaced because of some type of water damage but it’s back running good. I’m grateful!
