    I was delighted that each Best Buy employee who assisted me was genuinely helpful and knowledgeable… when my 2018 laptop’s battery failed I worried about replicating my many files and photos. But immediately purchasing a new MacBook Air was a necessity as I am a creative writer. Staff helped me at every step and I am so grateful the store in North Portland had a “matte black” MacBook Air in stock that very day. Thank you all!

    The screen on my last MacBook unfortunately quit working but I knew I wanted another MacBook. I was initially going to purchase from Apple directly but I got a much better value between extras and warranties (e.g. Microsoft Office products) by purchasing from Best Buy and was much more user-friendly to figure out what specifications I was looking for to determine which MacBook to purchase.
