What I like most about Best Buy is the customer service which is second to none, everyone is so helpful and insightful and even when the employee doesn't have the answer to the questions they actually ask others until the problem is resolved and this is why I keep coming back!

It is an excellent product and the packaging was great as well. I received it within a week during peak sale.

Great product.. but only thing I regret is, once I bought this MacBook M3, after that new MacBook M4 got launched. And the dropped for this once and I was not able to return it. But overall it a great purchase

It’s working great and is exactly what I needed. There was a lot to consider, but the in-store assistance was excellent.

Bought an open box MacBook Air, great quality and no issues. My only complaint is that it is stated a charger will be provided if one is not included, though I did have to purchase one; apparently the open box chargers often do not come with chargers.

Love the product, I have always been a fan of Apple and thanks to best buy ! I got this during Black Friday sale, it was a steal deal.

Bought it for my daughter for her to use in college and she absolutely loves it!!! Works great and does everything she needs!

I love the laptop. Apple never disappoints me! I also purchased the Microsoft 365 as I had let my old subscription expire. Both are great! I did have an issue with my online purchase as there was trouble with the website during checkout. I was really disappointed when the girl at the checkout area wanted to charge me $200 more for the exchange. I ended up paying $50 more because it was a different color. I thought that was ridiculous, but I still paid less than I would had at the Apple store.

This has been a great deal and glad i went with the Apple product. This has made college life much easier to navigate.

Great laptop and great purchase experience with Best Buy. And to prove that these are not just words, I even bought a second, of the same, laptop with Best Buy! I highly recommend both!

It's a good laptop, only problem is that when it heats it gets stuck for a second, I wish Apple would add fans to MacBook Air

My daughter loves her new laptop!! She needs it to complete her bachelors degree. She is a single parent who has done an amazing job raising her 3 boys and beautiful baby girl.

Very good product. For my requirements, I had in plan to buy a Mac Book Pro, but this MacBook Air is a very good alternative.

Laptop for the most part operates well - only issue I have is battery life - have been in contact with Apple support and the Genius Bar. With the laptop off it loses charge after a couple days - completely dead. It’s been frustrating trying to deal with - Genius Bar told me just to keep it plugged in at night. Works ok by doing that

The price of the laptop reduced after I had placed the order. Bestbuy was kind enough to match it. The laptop is good value for money. Love the magsafe charging and it is practically noiseless. Speakers are great!!

This MacBook Air is amazing. It’s my first MacBook ever and I don’t think I’ll ever go with anything else.

Was originally looking at the 15 inch for my daughter to use in college, but this was a much better size for her needs plus easier to transport in a backpack (a better fit). Can't beat an Apple MacBook Air!
