    The computer was great. If you’re a heavy user 8gb Ram will not be enough. I’d suggest you to move to 16 if possible

    This purchase was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had! I had ordered an “excellent” condition of this item online but what I received was not even close to it. I took the item to a nearby Best Buy store and the associate that helped me went above and beyond! They didn’t have any stock of the item I purchased. Instead, they offered me a better model and at a better price! I couldn’t believe it! I’m truly so happy with this purchase and with the staff at the Best Buy store at the Colma location!!
