This is a fantastic refurbished Mac! I’m giving it 4 stars only because it’s a little slow during updates. Other than that, it’s been excellent, and I really appreciate all the extra add-ons Best Buy included with my purchase. Overall, I’d definitely recommend it to a friend. Case purchased separately.

This laptop is the best purchase ever for me I have been using it for the past 6 months and absolutely no regrets from this amazing purchase Best Buy is my go to when I want the best.

Overall, I'm happy with my new device. It fills my need for another machine, but I've encountered some challenges. Pros: Screen quality: I like the display! It's crisp, perfect for streaming, browsing the web, and working on documents. Cons: Slow browser: Unfortunately, the browser feels sluggish when first opening it and can be slow to load pages. Third-party app and cloud storage issues: Connecting to some of my third-party apps and cloud storage accounts has been a frustrating experience. I'm hoping for smoother integration in the future. Learning curve: There are some quirks and nuances to this specific machine that are taking some time to get used to. I hope these issues can be resolved with updates or through further exploration.

If you need a computer that wont break the bank and is still very usable best buy’s refurbished line is the way to go. My macbook has been working amazingly and i got it within a week! Highly recommend

It functions very well and does everything I need it to do once it was updated. It took a long time to update.

the macbook is great perfect for school highly recommended battery life is good had it for about 2 months now everything still works perfectly i came with a few minor scratches but u could barely notice it other than that best purchase i made yet

It is a good laptop it has finger identification for easy access to the laptop and it is very portable can bring it anywhere and whenever you want. Overall it was a great gift for Christmas

I purchased a "refurbished" item hoping to get a good product at a better price than new. I didn't need something new or expensive, just similar to what I use at work that I could use at home for bill pay, facebook posts, etc. Outwardly the unit looked fine. However, there were several keys on the keyboard that did not work well, or work at all. I am actually old enough that I can "type", and can do so fairly quickly, so this was an annoyance: having to hit a key multiple times to get a character out of it. Thankfully Best Buy let me return the item as well as refund the software I had purchased for it.

Oh my goodness Best Buy does such a amazing job making sure that even a pre owned item is in premium working condition. Even the battery life is top notch on this bad boy. Thank you Best Buy for outstanding quality!

The Macbook is good no problems so far only thing is that the charger broke a couple days after receiving it. All in all the macbook is really good for a good price.
