    This item has met all my expectations. I would have rather gotten the 1TB hard drive version however that order was canceled due to the craziness happening with the tariffs. It was easy to get set-up and and ready for use after the updates that were required. I do recommend that you go ahead and purchase a wireless mouse and a HUB with other outlets as this one only comes with 2- USB-Cs. I would suggest that BestBuy switch their shipping partner to either USPS or FEDEX as the UPS delivery was delayed to an unprofessional driver who did not bother to actually knock on my door for the required signature. That delayed to receipt of my product by 7 days which I was not happy about.

    The product is good. I was happy with the product. The service from bestbuy was pathetic. The prices, the handling, the exchange was handled in a very poor manner. I would taste that as below amature level. I have been abestbuy loyalist since years. So many have signed up and bought things from them but this time it was worst experience. I would recommend this device but not sure from bestbuy.
