    My first Mac and I am in love! It’s a bit of a learning curve from Windows, but Mac has a special section on making the change. It was very helpful.

    Its for my daughter sho is a sophomore in college. We ordered it after speaking to a salesman in our local store. She picked up at a store near here and within a day exclaimed how amazing the laptop was. I love thqat we can speak to someone near us and then discuss it with her, decide and she can grab it near her in another state!! Thanks for the assistnace.

    Wonderful experience with a difficult situation. Lauren in the Macon Georgia store is the best ! Have not had good customer service from companies lately and Lauren restored my faith in humanity

    My new 15" MacBook Air is really nice but the touch pad is not as sensitive as my MacBook Pro (2013). It's much harder to highlight text to be copied. The new pad is much bigger though. And any button turns on the computer. So in the evening when I check to make sure that the computer is off, I used to touch the pad and if it didn't go on, then it was off. Now it reboots and I need to sit down and turn it off again. I'm not sure why they changed it from just one turn on and off button. The speakers are much better than my old computer. And it has Blue Tooth capabilities with which I use a JBL mobile speaker when I'm walking around. All in all it's pretty nice.

    The new Apple M3 chip is a gamechanger, very powerful, smooth and noticeable improvement from my previous intel based chip.

    Gift for my hubby and he loves it. He had an old MacBook that was running slow and needed an upgrade. To transfer his info to the new laptop required both laptops staying a couple of days with the Apple Geniuses. So far, so good.

    Delivered on time. Everything was as expected and i had no problems except that i forgot my password and got locked out. I am sure it is a relatively easy fix but i had no way to get to a Best Buy nor can you call anything like a geek squad for help. Please establish a help line for those of us that are homebound.
