The MacBook Air 15” screen is the best Mac laptop I’ve owned thus far. It’s extremely fast and the display is nice and large. It doesn’t hurt that it’s also relatively light weight compared to other laptops.

I recently got the MacBook Air 15-inch with the M3 chip, and I’m loving it. The bigger screen is perfect for multitasking, and the performance is super fast. Battery life is excellent, lasting all day. The only downside is the limited ports, but overall, it’s a fantastic laptop.

Upgrading from an older MacBook Air Model (2013). As a software developer, this has been my go-to laptop line for my personal projects and daily driver for many-many years now. The price is significant and an argument can be made for more cost effective alternatives being available, but if you are able to afford it, the M3 MacBook Air pays dividends towards productivity with its lightweight design, exceptional battery life, and above average performance. There can be some pain points with support for scientific software packages on Apple Silicon, but with the prevalence of OSX in the developer community and easy ways to leverage VMs, there is always a solution for creating a productive environment for developing 99% of software projects.

I love the larger screen size and the weight of this MacBook since I carry it around a lot. I wasn't necessarily planning to buy it at Best Buy. My plan was to look at the Pro models available and compare prices with the Apple store. The employee who came over to ask if I needed help was so knowledgeable and guided me to this Air, given my description of what I planned to use it for. His explanation of the M3 chip, the expected longevity, and the cost comparisons, made my decision easy. His help saved me a lot of money and I am more than thrilled with the performance of this Air. The larger screen size is a bonus!

Great Laptop. Good screen and battery life, lightweight too

Great light weight laptop. Use it for Adobe Illustrator & Adobe Photoshop only. Haven’t had any issues and it does what I need it to do. I’m not doing dense illustration work with hundreds of layers. It’s all product design and photo editing.

I really was looking to invest in a brand new computer, this is the one perfect size. could be used for anything school work and etc, i havent had any trouble with it, it runs smooth and the battery life last me a whole day.

I’ve been using the MacBook Air 15-inch with the M3 chip for a little while now, and it has quickly become one of the best all-around laptops I’ve owned. It’s fast, quiet, well-designed, and really easy to use whether you’re working from home, doing school work, or editing photos and videos. Performance is the biggest highlight. The M3 chip handles everything I do without slowing down — multiple browsers, emails, streaming, light editing, and even some heavier creative apps. It feels smooth and responsive all day long. The 15-inch display makes a difference. There’s plenty of screen space for multitasking, which makes work a lot easier. The colors are sharp, and watching videos or doing creative work looks great on this screen. Battery life is excellent. I can work all day on a single charge with no problem. For a laptop this thin and light, that’s a huge plus. It also stays cool and completely silent since there’s no fan. The design is exactly what you’d expect from Apple. Thin, lightweight, and easy to carry around, but still sturdy. The keyboard and trackpad feel solid and comfortable, and everything about it has that premium Apple feel. There are a couple things worth mentioning. The port selection is limited, so if you use multiple accessories, you’ll probably need a USB-C hub. And since this is the “Air,” it’s not meant for heavy-duty professional video work or intense 3D tasks — though it can still handle a surprising amount for being fanless. Overall, the MacBook Air M3 15-inch is an excellent choice for work, school, or everyday use. It’s fast, lightweight, has a beautiful screen, and the battery lasts all day. If you want a reliable laptop that’s powerful without being bulky, this is a great option.

My fourth Mac over the past 10 years. my second MacBook Air. Beautiful machine. Very light. Clean crisp screen. Amazing battery life. Never runs hot.

Was on Mac a while back but had to switch to Windows due to school (GIS class). Windows 11 is a wreck and I was fed up, went back to a Mac and so glad I did. The integration with other Apple devices makes using everything a dream, so seamless. Windows doesn’t even come close to integrating multiple products. MacOS is way better, faster, more secure. I was originally a little worried about not having a fan in it but it doesn’t get hot. I use an Apple dongle mini dock and it is on peripherals 90% of the time. No regrets.
