Bougt to replace my old macbook 13” this is a beast in terms of speed screen size and connectivity with good battery life

I needed a new laptop for college. Compared to my last MacBook, this one is super fast and has great battery which is likely due to the M3 chip (I previously used an Intel MacBook). I read some reviews that said that the 15-inch screen size was too large for them, but for me, as someone who likes using split screen, the extra screen is perfect (I found my previous 13-inch screen to be a tad small. I am happy with my purchase.

My Dell XPS had slowed to a crawl over the past couple years, and I was considering a new Windows laptop to replace it. The dream of a laptop with amazing battery life is is finally here. 7 years ago or so I bought an iPad for the battery life and tried to convince myself it was the best laptop I ever had. Not really, but this M3 air is what I was looking for: charging is an after thought because it lasts so long on a charge. It's so quiet. I love the absence of a fan. Performance is great, It's exactly what we all hoped a laptop could one day be. And it's a real computer: install and compile whatever software you want, use it for development, etc. Performance is outstanding.

Quick loading. No buffering from heavy workloads. Charges fast, and the battery last me a couple days before needing a charge. Fits in most backpacks. Sleek look and lightweight.

I love the larger screen size and the weight of this MacBook since I carry it around a lot. I wasn't necessarily planning to buy it at Best Buy. My plan was to look at the Pro models available and compare prices with the Apple store. The employee who came over to ask if I needed help was so knowledgeable and guided me to this Air, given my description of what I planned to use it for. His explanation of the M3 chip, the expected longevity, and the cost comparisons, made my decision easy. His help saved me a lot of money and I am more than thrilled with the performance of this Air. The larger screen size is a bonus!

Overall really nice laptop. Light, and fast with good graphics. Would be perfect if Apple had touch screen.

Great light weight laptop. Use it for Adobe Illustrator & Adobe Photoshop only. Haven’t had any issues and it does what I need it to do. I’m not doing dense illustration work with hundreds of layers. It’s all product design and photo editing.

Great light weight, fast computer with a much faster chip, M3, than my last macBook Pro with the Intel chip. Should be more comfortable traveling with this Air due to its size and weight. Highly recommend.
