I loved this computer but unfortunately. I couldn't get parallels and quickbooks to work on it so had to return it.

the advertised 18 hours of battery life is a scam. moderate applications could only last at most 8 hours.

Absolutely horrible experience with this company! I am still trying to get a refund after they sent me an empty box in the mail. Never, and I mean never order an open box item from them. They have not refunded my money yet, so I've had to file a police report, start an investigation with PayPal and UPS and still have no resolve. I have since ordered my work computer through B&H Photo and am very happy with it.

“Unable to verify identity of server” certificate pop-up message with email. I spent the better part of a day-and-a-half on the phone with various Apple tech. They were courteous and they tried, but ultimately could not resolve the issue and referred me to my internet/email provider (Mediacom) who could not help either as it was a "third party issue". I was also concerned that the MacBook froze several times during a software update and tech had to step me through the update via the internet. I returned the shiny new MacBook in space gray (that's barely if at all different from the silver option if you catch it in the right light).

The 15-inch MacBook Air with the M3 chip is a fast and easy laptop to use. It has lots of space to save your stuff and can run many apps at the same time without slowing down. The new M3 chip makes everything feel quick, and the battery lasts a long time, so you don’t have to charge it often. It comes in a pretty color called Starlight and has a big screen that looks really nice. Even though the screen is big, the laptop is still light and easy to carry. It’s great for watching videos, doing school or work, and just using every day.

Too expensive...Apple is for rich people Bought this for a relative.

Highly recommend for the everyday user. The MacBook air is sleek in its design which makes it lightweight for commute or just around the house. The laptop works smoothly and the screen size is perfect for college work, which is the reason I bought it.

Absolutely the most awful service ever at the Millerville store. I ordered a MacBook three weeks before Christmas and two weeks later they send a text that THEY are canceling my order. JUST INCREDIBLE!! I wish there was a rating less than one star.

I love that this macbook air is lighter than my pro and easier to carry around while still having the large screen size that I need for my job. The M3 chip definitely makes a difference! I've also noticed that my battery doesn't drain as fast.

I ordered it online and shipped to nearest Best Buy. Everything was smooth. I love how battery last long time. I never used MacBook and it still learning how to do because its different than windows. But overall I am happy.
