Can’t really complain about the product itself. It’s a Mac, It’s straightforward, plug & play. If you’re going from an M1 to an M2, you won’t see a major difference unless you upgrade your memory/storage. Only thing was my pickup experience and the condition of the packaging when I went to the store to pick it up. Had I received a nice clean box and a little bit more TLC from customer service, I’d rate it 5 stars in total.

Love my new MAC and excellent service from Best Buy, fast shipping and very easy to order online. I appreciate the fact I had to be home so I could sign for the delivery, no chance for porch pirates!
