Terrible delivery

Was given a delivery date and a person over 18 had to sign for the computer. Then delivery was cancelled and they gave me another day to deliver. This happened 4 times putting an inconvenience on my family since we had to stay home for 4 straight days.

Disappointing Business Practices by Best Buy

I purchased an open box MacBook Air for $850 which had been on their site for days. I finally pulled the trigger and I receive an email a day later saying the item is no longer available. However, when I go to my Safari bookmark, the same exact model is still available for $1050. Best Buy didn't like the price it advertised and changed it instead of honoring a business transaction. Very disappointed after years of my support.

My mistake

I asked Best Buy to refund the deal, they did with a smile. Without the trade in, the M2 machine is only 200 less than the M3 from Apple direct.
