Pretty good as someone that does video and photo editing it is a good budget option. Would recommend it for people that can't afford a Macbook Pro, but still want good power.

Great deal on M2 Macbook Air. Although not the new M3, it’s a nice deal with 16GB and 1 TB of SSD. Product arrived on time.

The computer is an Apple so of course it was perfect. Was given a delivery date and a person over 18 had to sign for the computer. Then delivery was cancelled and they gave me another day to deliver. This happened 4 times putting an inconvenience on my family since we had to stay home for 4 straight days.

15” laptop is too heavy. I’m used to a MacBook Air and this was so heavy I returned it for a MacBook Air. Otherwise,,it’s a great computer.

Great for schooling, watching movies all around good Mac book

I would expect this shady of business practices by Best Buy. I purchased an open box MacBook Air for $850 which had been on their site for days. I finally pulled the trigger and I receive an email a day later saying the item is no longer available. However, when I go to my Safari bookmark, the same exact model is still available for $1050. Best Buy didn't like the price it advertised and changed it instead of honoring a business transaction. Very disappointed after years of my support.

Memory is too small, having chrome with tabs and visual studio is enough to make it crash

The deal went south when my trade in didn’t have the value I thought it did. I asked Best Buy to refund the deal, they did with a smile. Without the trade in, the M2 machine is only 200 less than the M3 from Apple direct.
