    I purchased this item during the Labor Day sale a couple months back, and three battery never seemed to charge fully (or at all). The geek squad determined something was faulty with the computer itself (not the charger, cable, or power source), and I exchanged it for another. Hopefully this new one lasts. Grateful they exchanged it with minimal hassle.
