I love this laptop!!! I originally purchased the Mac 13", but after having it for a few days, decided to return it for the 15" and I couldn't have been more happier. This laptop is everything I need. It is so easy to use, light weight, beautiful in color and design and over all Amazing. a 10 out of 10 for sure.

I was using a MacBook Air from early 2015 but it was beginning to age in terms of hardware and software in 2023. Apple truly deserves credit because while not cheap, they build quality computers that can last for approximately a decade. As a teacher, I need a computer that can allow me to write lesson plans and occasionally watch videos on my spare time. I was going back and forth between the 13 inch and this 15 inch MacBook Air. Upon seeing the 15 inch in the store, I was impressed but worried about portability. My girlfriend convinced me to go with the bigger size since I intended to keep it for as long as I owned the previous one. Upon bringing it home, I immediately fell in love with it out the box. It literally is the same size of the 13 inch from 2015 in terms of width. Kudos to Apple’s engineering and design team. The screen is gorgeous, the speakers are amazing and it’s super thin for a laptop this size. This is a MUST buy if you’re in the market for a new Mac. Save yourself hundreds of dollars by choosing this over the Pro model. Apple, you did it again! Best Buy, thanks for the ease of purchase!

I looooooooove my new MacBook! The 15 inch is so much better than the 13 inch. I used to have the MacBook Pro 13in (2020) and finally got an upgrade to this MacBook and wow, it is amazing! I love the color, the bigger screen, the speed and how light it is. The camera is also amazing! The MacBook Pro I used to have made me look blurry but this one makes me look a lot clear. It’s not like the iPhone 15 pro max quality but it’s still good. Also, the charger is MagSafe which is super cool. I promise you will not regret buying this.

My Vote For Best Laptop Made Thus Far

I try not to be an Apple fanboy, but if I'm honest I hardly use my Microsoft Surface 3 laptop, or any of my many other Windows laptops. You could say I resisted Apple until the first Air. That laptop changed my Outlook, not to mention all the other MS Office programs (i.e. injection of lame computer humor). The original Air was so good this one is my fourth. While the 13" M1 Air was fantastic, this M2 15" Air is a revelation. It's the best screen I've had on any laptop I have ever owned or used. The keyboard has what I'd have to say are meaningful improvements and the travel is not the least of those. This keyboard doesn't flex and has that solid feel with proper feedback. The battery life? Well, I've never ran out even into the tenth hour that this machine was on at work. Here is where the difference, and pleasant surprise, is like discovering something valuable on Oak Island (lame humor insertion). My Microsoft Surface 3 Laptop won't even last enough hours to equal its version. Oh yes, it lasts less than 3-hours whenever I'm forced to use it. The newest Surface is either the four, or perhaps 5, and I'm quite sure it costs almost as much as the Apple equivalent Air model...why punish yourself with Windows and Microsoft's half*** attempts at making a Windows laptop as good as an Apple laptop? This is the clear winner in well powered and high-functionality portable laptops for home or business. Only gamers, those who do intense graphic arts, photo editing, or CAD heavy design should pass. For the rest of us this is the machine to own, and enjoy. Even Dell's vaulted XPS models (I've owned 2 and been let down twice) just got the boot as far as I'm concerned.

Great laptop! I upgraded from a base model M1 MacBook Air (only for the larger screen) and slight performance boost. Outstanding battery life. For most tasks, this is a very capable computer. Use it daily for work and personal use. Only improvement I would like to see is more ports. Otherwise, I would recommend for average to moderate user.

Typical of Apple products, it just works: it will never do anything finnicky or something you didn't ask it to do. Doesn't come with bloatware, and Apple is one of the few tech companies committed to privacy so you can feel confident having sensitive information on the computer. It's lightweight, but doesn't compromise on power or battery life to achieve that - and the new M2 is fantastic. The 15" is nice and big (you could probably get away with the smaller size though). Money well spent.

This Mac is absolutely amazing. I have had it now for a few months and it does wonders. It’s very fast, up to date, very reliable. The design and imagine is amazing itself. Great quality. It charges pretty fast and the battery last for a long while. I’ve never had a problem since I’ve gotten it. Definitely the best there is.

Awesome! Went from being a Chromebook girlie To making the switch! Absolutely worth every penny. I can actually go at least 3-4 days without charging using it for about 12 hours a day. The storage is amazing . It’s never glitched on me. Highly recommend for college kids!

I had 2 wishes for the Macbook Air, larger screen and larger memory. The larger 15" screen makes all the difference in the world and look larger with its thin boarders. I got the 255 GB base model as I don't a need to pay the overprice Apple storage for the larger sizes. I attached eTB external thunderbird storage and it is working great for less than $200. I was tempted to discount 1/2 a point for the memory size options. It is time for Apple to start offering the a 16 G RAM base model

The build quality of this MacBook is exceptional, boasting an impressive camera and a compact form despite its 15" screen. Unlike older MacBook Pro models, this edition feels significantly more portable and less bulky, which is a pleasant surprise. The battery life is robust, effortlessly lasting me a couple of days on moderate to heavy usage. For anyone in the market for a 15" laptop that's easy to carry around without compromising on performance, this model from Best Buy is a sterling choice.

I brought this laptop to use for school, and I love the fast speeds and the way it’s very easy to use and to keep up with the different deadlines that I have. Is definitely a plus that I can see all of my information that I have saved in my phone. It’s also a plus that it has a big screen which makes it easier to find what I’m looking for. Definitely recommended if you need a new computer for school or work.

I transitioned from a standard DELL laptop to this MacBook and I instantly feel in love! I am an Apple product user so it made the transition a little easier and I love the convenience of all of my products being connected. There are some features that are different and took some getting used to; however, the only complaint I have is that I didn't switch sooner. MacBook is lightweight, sleek and very user friendly. I am a customer for life.

I'll star by saying we're fans of Macs in this house already, however my wife was still using a PC. She has the iPhone, Apple Watch, and AirPods Pro though so she had been considering switching to a Mac for sometime. Her less than two year old Samsung PC was already not holding a charge longer than an hour, so she started to expedite the search. She began looking at MacBook Pros, which are considerably more expensive than the Airs. I decided to do some comparisons to see if the MacBook Air would meet her needs. Oh, for sure it does. This thing is essentially a MacBook Pro now, just minus a few features. For every day computing, light gameplay, photo software needs the Air can handle all without issues. The harddrive is smaller than it should be, but that is easily taken care of with a USB-C external solid state. I mean, we back up everything to external drives anyway. She's had the computer for a couple weeks now and loves it. The design is gorgeous. The Air no longer goes to that weird thin point at the front, but has a flat look like most laptops. The color options are great, we went with midnight so it would standout from the other MacBooks in the house. She's adjusted to it quickly, and enjoys the programs that came onboard. She even was able to use some of her Steam games on the machine. Battery life is exceptional, and hopefully will hold up longer than her PC's battery did. Recommend if you are looking for a more affordable option to the MacBook Pro. Especially if you don't need that extra power.

I've been using my Starlight 15" Air since launch day and as someone who has owned basically every Mac laptop made in the last 6 years I finally found exactly what I need in a MacBook. I use my computer for basic media and from time to time I'll do some intense photo editing but I'm the target market for the 15" Air and it's the perfect MacBook for 90% of end users. *Like others have said it's very close in size to the old 15" MacBook Pro of which I previously owned but it's much lighter and the screen is much better in comparison. I only purchased that computer for the screen as I never took that computer to a quarter of its potential at the time. *The speakers are AMAZING in comparison to my previous 13" Pro and M1 and M2 Air. The only MacBook that beats it was my 16" i9 MBP I had a few years back. Those speakers were louder and more full but bass wise I would put the 15" Air on par with those. *The keyboard is spacious and great to type on. Honestly I've never had complaints with any of my MacBook keyboards; even the old 2016 15" MBP I had didn't bother me but this keyboard is miles better than that. Still not up to par to certain ThinkPad models (T Series and X1 Carbon series). *Bright, beautiful screen and the notch doesn't bother me with the larger screen (it honestly did on the 13" M2 Air) and I don't see any of the issues noted on the forums with this screen. Again I've never been picky or had any problems with my MacBook screens (except for the 2nd Gen Air. Terrible screens). I have auto dimming turned off as I like to pick how bright my screen is. *I purchased the 8/256 model and I don't have any complaints at all regarding speed. I do notice a difference in SSD speed in comparison to my M1 Air I just returned to get this 15". When transferring files it's noticeable Apple is using the slower, single SSD in comparison to M1. Other than that particular instance it's very fast and more than enough space and RAM for me. Apple hit a home run here with the 15" Air. Nothing groundbreaking about the design or overall package in general but it delivers exactly what most users want from a MacBook: a big, beautiful screened laptop that doesn't break the bank. If this had been priced any higher than $1499 base I wouldn't have purchased one but I think the aggressive pricing of this laptop will make it a best seller very quickly.
