Actually, more like 4.5 stars. No problems with the West Buy service or that. I'm just not a "Child of the computer, born with a mouse in my hand!" There is so much assumed bu computer manufacturers and young people who are sales or service reps. The guys at BB did their best to adapt to my deficiencies, but there is SO much stuff that the process of buying and integrating a new computer into being of use to me that are still part of the vast unknowns of the universe, it would seem. The computer does t'sown thing and there are changes that appear and alter so much (too much?) of what I seem to have been using with no problems until the update takes place. The changes are always without warning or previous announce, emts about whjaty will be the alteration9s0 and changes AND no way to refuse those changes. That's a universal problem that will disappear somewhat with each new generation born to the world of the computer. But I'll bet that in 100 years there will be guys my age then who will be as mystified with the new updates to their systems as I am to mine. Like it or not, the home computer is a permanent feature of world civilizations from now on... I don't condemn that situation. It's simply a part of human progress I guess. That is until AI removes humanity from the equation! Seriously, despite the gripes above, I like my new laptop and I than the gods that there is the Geek Squad there to help me over the generation gaps! Glad I bought that service, and recommend same to any who purchase a computer or similar appliance from Best Buy or any other supplier, for that matter. Prediction: In another century, the Geek Squad will be renamed by the AI running the world by then. They will assume they title "God Squad", as the computer and AI will be a diety of daily existence by then.

This is really a great laptop. It's my first Apple product so there is definitely a learning curve. Not Apple's fault. It's fast, great security and battery life. Now If I could be self taught, that would be awesome,

It is honestly the perfect compromise between screen size and portability and power. I already have a 16" MacBook Pro M1 and M2 13" MacBook Air. However, I now feel like I want to get rid of both and keep this.

Love this laptop! It's incredibly fast and very light weight. And like all Apple products, it supports seamless transitions from device-to-device (i.e. handoff AirPods from iphone to MacBook).

The larger size offers a more significant display, a more significant palm rest, and a larger Force Touch trackpad, making it an excellent choice for those who need a more significant laptop without sacrificing portability.

Stunning laptop with amazing graphics, good battery life, and fast speeds, apple is starting to really prevail in the cpu market, the m2 chip works for gaming, productivity and for me especially music production!

Mid range laptop with ample screen size and battery that lasts. Not as powerful or as speedy as I needed for online clases and exams for school. It’s very light for a 15 “ laptop which makes it easy to carry on vacation trips.

Purchased for my son who started college ! He absolutely loves it...the bigger screen yet light weight make it great to be able toview everything you need to while being easy to tote back and forth to school

I like the look and feel of it. It is high class. I love the large screen, the way it closes without any click and the top is smooth..no distractions. I am yet to get used to the difference in using a mac vs a PC. In a PC I loved the ability to use a right click, left click , drag the windows around by grabbing its header. The PC used to have a button for print screen whereas now I need to use a command. The finder is not very convinient compared to using a windows folder. I think Windows has a better UI. I may be wrong..people rave about the mac so maybe its about getting used to how it works. but i have been using it for a month and still miss the fluency with which I used a PC. I love the way I can have 15 tabs on my browser and the computer has no problem running them. The battery life is awesome.

I have owned several Apple MacBook pros, Dell computers, and other PCs and this computer is the best I’ve had. The screen is phenomenal, it’s fast, runs smooth, and looks incredible. 10/10

Absolutely love this laptop. I haven't had a laptop in 3 years and when this came out I knew this was the one I wanted. The 15 inch screen is phenomenal and I love how lightweight it is as well. Couldn't be better
