I was afraid of Apple products because I was so used to my HP laptop and android phone and tablet. I'm so glad i decided to try this because its so easy to use and im not really tech savvy. Great battery life too. Really happy wit this purchase.

Very happy with this macbook air. The M2 chip has good processing power. Post processing videos and pictures are a breeze and almost makes more expensive laptops outdated with its power. For the size and price very happy with it.

I needed a laptop for browsing and light workloads. I got the base 8gb ram version and so far had a great experience. Battery lasts for a long time, runs well and does not heat up even with a lot of tabs open on chrome.

Went to the store to buy a new laptop I got me a new 15 MacBook Pro enjoy every little bit of it won’t change it for nothing so far still learning how to use it but a great product

I have been an apple customer for years they build a quality product. My wife and I would not have another brand of computer or phone. My last MacBook is 9 years old and still works. We had our I phone 6 for many years nonproblems

This is a rating for Best Buy's handling, not the laptop itself. The MacBook Air that I ordered was supposed to be brand new, but it arrived with a product number scrawled across the Apple box in purple magic marker. (Please see photo.) I thought it might mean that I was receiving someone else's return, but I called Best Buy support and they said it's normal practice and that the item is in fact new. I strongly suggest to Best Buy that this practice should be changed. Apple is always careful to provide beautiful packaging, and they pioneered the idea that the excitement of opening up a new computer deserves a thoughtfully designed out-of-box experience -- something that many Apple buyers appreciate. As someone who cares about design, I'm disappointed that the otherwise-beautiful new box is marked up like this. I always keep the box so that eventually, when I retire my computer, I can store it or sell it in the original box, and I'm not happy that it won't be pristine. In addition, the Apple box wasn't adequately cushioned inside the shipping box. The shipping box got a dented corner, and because the Apple box wasn't cushioned well, it got dented in the same place (second photo). Luckily, the Apple box itself is double-walled, so the product wasn't damaged. (I do know that usually a product review shouldn't focus on shipping and handling, but when I asked Best Buy support whether the writing on the box meant that the product had been returned, I also asked how to submit this feedback to Best Buy, and they advised me to do so here, in a review.)

I love my MacBook, I am a teacher and the MacBook Air is perfect for carrying around between classes and meetings. It is a way to use and strongly recommend for my fellow teachers!!!!!!!

This laptop is the Apple of my eye!! It’s my 1st MacBook and took a few times to reverse my PC ways, but I couldn’t be happier.
