Delivered on 5/21/22 worked fine. Today is 6/09/22 screen is blank except for 1 line from top to bottom of screen. Nothing works!

bout this laptop back in 2022 [or 2021] and is rolling strong! despite it being a 2017 build, i have no complaints at all. everything still running strong

Terrible was really beat up, couldn’t open a document in Word. Took it back and the guy has the audacity to ask me if I dropped it! No, that is actually the way it came…

Trash. Unfortunately the same day I received the computer it went out on me. I opened the box and the computer was on, I got signed into my iCloud, took a nap, woke up to get back on and it had a blacked out error screen. Sent it out to be returned then got it back saying I needed to sign out of iCloud. But obvi wasn’t able to because the computer stopped working. Returning it in store was great they all helped me just fine but I wouldn’t buy this if I were you.

MacBook was in excellent physical shape but battery was DOA. The MacBook only worked if it was plugged in. Returned.
