Dead after three months of use. Best Buy did not honor the warranty - had to send us to Apple. Apple said that Best Buy had to honor the warranty. Now I have to go back to Best Buy. Nothing but a run around!!!

Dissatisfied with product, I was enjoying it the first 2 months but up to this point the battery has been dying in less than 3 hours and the speed has been drastically slow. I paid more than 1000 dollars for this product and the time period to return it has passed. Do not purchase this product refurbished.

Contacted Customer Service on a MacBook that was still linked with an Apple ID. Did'nt not handle the issue with any concern being that this was the 2nd refurbished product within the past month with issues.

I am a total tech geek! I updated to the latest MacBook Pro 16” M1 pro and traded this in for it. I keep all original packaging and protective wraps. This is a grade A beautifuly kept Macbook!

Disappointed that the charger is an off brand and not an Apple charger. It doesn't fit the port quite right and gets VERY hot.

Dont buy refurbished computers from Best Biiy

I spent $700 on this geek certitoed MAC and never got it home. Waited a week for it to be delivered to the store. Picked up from the counter walked it to the Geek Squad counter to get data transferred from old computer. Called the next day to tell me the new computer had issues. The first thing Geek Swuad tried to do was get me to trade it in for something more expensive. So unhappy with them right now.
