This was a pre-pwned laptop that I ordered for my sister who is a freshman in college. She has had several issues with this computer that started after the return period had passed. The screen has frozen and scrambled so badly and she’s had issues with it spontaneously turning off. Best Buy pretty much sold us a defective laptop which is such a shame for the amount of money we paid. We’ll have to take it to an Apple store and hope it doesn’t cost a fortune to repair.

I love this little MacBook its taken some time to get use to it but its well worth it

Bought this expecting the new model of the MacBook Pro as is pictured. I received an older version. The one pictured has the new USBC ports and is overall the newer model
