It’s in okay condition has bumps and chips and some stains .. not worth the price ..

I was nervous about buying a refurbished product, but I thought it would be acceptable and factory tested. When it came, we quickly discovered that the sound did not work and Geek Squad told us there was nothing we could do. I probably will not trust a refurbished item from Best Buy again!

This is the first time I’ve ever ordered a refurbished anything from Best Buy so o did t know what to expect. The delivery was quick and as stated. I was a little surprised that it wasn’t in a box just bubble wrap. It was well wrapped though and all parts were there that I expected. The computer showed a few small scratches on the bottom but the computer started up perfectly and was ready to go! No issues at all and my daughter loves it! I saved a lot of money by picking this product and am very happy with the purchase!

Took a risk buying this based on the 1-star reviews. The MacBook arrived undamaged and fully functional. However a 45W MacBook Air charger was in the box (the 13" MacBook Pro requires the 60W charger). Aside from that all is well.

Purchased this to start my business and it came very quickly just didn’t know it would come looking like this....usb dented, highly scratched up. I knew it was pre-owned but I didn’t expect the price I paid it would come looking like this. Never will I buy used again. Lesson learned.

base on description item included with charger but when I picked up the laptop it didn't have a charger., and nobody was responsible for that case. If i returned the item I have to pay 35$ restocking fee. I am very unsatisfied with these perches, and customer service was awful.

Nothing like a broken item that cost you an arm and a leg! This MacBook was refurbished so I expected scratches or at least a slow start up, but it kinda missed the start up part

bought wrong one tried to exchange but had to wait till it came in to exchange once it arrived took it to exchange and they created a return now had to wait till card got credited and would not even order the correct one till paid for so taking like a month to get a Mac pro. JUST BOUGHT IT SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Fairly new laptop without the brand new price. Features that I was looking for. Good deal!

This product did not have any adapter/charger, no boxes, and had several deep scratches and dents. I couldn't return it online and was told to pay $35 for restocking fee in order to return it. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME and buy a new product.

I understood it was pre-owned when purchased. However, expected $900 + would have been in excellent condition. I just opened the package. The adapter is scratched and cracked. And the laptop is scratched and dented in several places. Highly disasatisfied. Returning all $1200 + worth of products purchased today.

Based on the other reviews I was skeptical of buying this product. However when I received it it was clean and only minor scratches were on the MacBook and the correct charger was paired with it. A GREAT BUY!
