    Good the only thing is my “n” key has to be pressed hard on and they said its a long process to send it back and get fixed

    We will never buy another preowned device from Best Buy. This is the second device I have bought that started to show defects within 30 days. The return policy is only 14 days. We did not realize this and wanted to wait until after the Holiday madness to bring the computer in to be checked. Best Buy managers, customer support, and Geek Squad all said there was absolutely nothing they could do for us. It's a complete waste of money. I do not recommend buying used devices from Best Buy. Check other retailers. This computer's backlight blinks and shuts down randomly.

    The barrery is bad and slow charge and no good for home work and see the videos , and the computer very Heat when charges.

    DO NOT BUY USED FROM Best Buy. Literally got this computer a week ago for law school. The Touch Bar no longer works and it shuts off whenever its left in sleep mode or is sitting idle for a few minutes. It's incredible how horrible this computer is. It's like they got it from the last user, put it in a box, and sent it to me without checking it or sending it back to apple at all. Worst experience buying a computer online ever.
