Pretty good for being 8 years old

The laptop is a bit slow, has some minor cosmetic issues, and has some sticky keys, specifically the “N” and the Spacebar, but for a computer from 2017 what can you honestly expect? It’s good, it gets the job done, if you want the MacBook without the hefty price tag of a brand new one then this is a good alternative!

Poor laptop condition

Laptop arrived dead on battery. Had to use a separate usb charger from an external monitor. Not a quality refurbished laptop.

Extremely Poor Condition!

The computer was super slow and glitching, as well as a crack on the screen and the computer was fully scrapped. It was super poor condition and I am super disappointed.

Disappointed, total scam!

In less than 3 months the screen stopped working. Took it to get serviced and learned there was no serial number on it so no reputable company will service/repair it. Geek squad said they could try to send it out for a new screen for $1000 - which is about what a brand new laptop costs. Been a long time Best Buy customer after this experience, I don't trust them.
