I am already a Mac lover but, I was ready for an upgrade. This laptop is lovely, compact, light, and just downright beautiful. I chose the laptop with as much RAM as possible and I am so glad that I did. I use the entire Adobe Creative Suite daily and I have had no issues thus far. The only reason this did not receive a 5 star rating is that it does not have a CD drive and that just down right drives me nuts. Other than that, this laptop is perfect!

I have owned macs for several years. This one does not disappoint. It is responsive, has a sharp display, and the keyboard feels great. The drawback - $$$. I was able to get it on sale but still $2000. I wanted the extra ram (16 gb) and the I7 processor. If money is not an issue, this is a great device.

The MacBook Pro is a solid workstation that I can take anywhere. It’s light and easy to carry, the graphics are amazing and the speed is tremendous.

Definitely bit disappointing that such an expensive computer comes without usb drives inputs etc. and you have to buy extra 10 connectors to plug every device, even just wanting to charge your phone, haha. But it is what it is! The computer works great, it’s fast and does the job. Love how slim it is and makes traveling with work sooo much easier. I have some screen issue, which I was told will be solved with iOS upgrade, which did for few weeks and now it’s back.. so I’m bit skeptical about the quality, will have to record it and show it at apple

While I am still getting myself acclimated to the Mac OS, it is a far better machine. The problem I was having with the new PC's is that the smaller the computer the more likely it is to overheat. Macs don't overheat because they only dedicate computing focus to what you have open. I'd rather step out of my comfort zone and have a machine that lasts.

I have always been a Windows user, but I decided to transition to a MacBook Pro with a fast processor and a lot of memory. I have found the transition to be very easy. I love the finger/two finger left/right click function, and the two-finger scrolling. Super easy! I only thing I don't like is how my Mac makes it a little harder to save files where I want them, as opposed to in the iCloud. Annoying, but not a deal-breaker.

This is my second MacBook Pro, but this one is smaller and much lighter than my first one. I'm quite happy with this product, though I'm still adjusting to the different features: charger/cable change, missing ports, and no internal CD/DVD apparatus. Yes, one day I'll probably buy a third MacBook Pro.

Going from a 2013 MacBook Pro Retina to this was hard to get used to because it requires you to purchase a dongle if you want to use USB ports or SD card readers. I use USB flash drives so often it was quite annoying. The keyboard was also noisy, I had to purchase a keyboard protector to soften the sound. Above all, the performance is excellent , battery lasts all day, the sound is good quality.

Lighter, faster, smaller... this Mac is an excellent upgrade over my 2012 model.

I love this Mac! I had an HP computer that I didn't have a problem with. It was always just too heavy and took up too much space. This computer is so light and slim and takes up almost no room. It's user friendly and super easy to figure out!

Easy set up, super fast, excellent graphics. Great choice for a Mac!

Great for college as macOS handles apps with ease, provides simple and easy-to-use iCloud features, and is portable and lightweight. It does lack ports, but adaptor attachments are available online to fill any needs.

No touch bar, but still a great computer at a good price.

I've always been a PC user, so much so that I actually build my own desktop PC. I needed a new laptop for a job that is going to include frequent video editing, emails, social media interaction, etc. I wanted something that was fast, efficient, and pretty to look at. This beast does all that and more! So far, I have not had any issues, glitches, difficulites of any kind. Battery life is amazing, functionality is wonderful, and the transition from PC to Mac has been easier than I thought it would be. Awesome piece of machinery!

I was using this for past 6 months. It has great design with less maintenance. I love the Size too. It is more fast and powerful. I definitely recommend this for you.

Got this computer at the Best Buy store. I pretty much knew I wanted a Mac but I wanted to see how heavy each one was and what each screen looked like in person. I don't like ordering and having to return items. I was left alone to check the different models out and when I was ready a salesperson came to answer my questions about the differences between the specs. She suggested an good solution for an accessory I needed then rang it all up quickly and easily. The Best Buy discount was excellent. The computer works beautifully and is very light. The battery lasts a long time. Great experience all around!

This is a great laptop for college as it is fast and reliable. It has an excellent battery life and is lightweight. I highly recommend this product!

Nice light weight computer. Fast processor and good graphics. USB ports would be helpful, but that’s not something to expect from Apple.

This is my first ever MacBook so I am far away from figuring out my system completely and also don't really have another MacBook to compare with. But I am very impressed and believe I got my money's worth from what I have experienced so far.
