I had to repurchase and return the MacBook Pro two times because they did not deliver the correct MacBook Pro, I was given a Intel Core i5, not a i7? I don't understand why it's advertised as a i7? This is the second time I returned and reordered a different Pre-Owned MacBook and they still gave me the wrong Laptop.

It’s a 2015 so it’s pretty slow for my IT class. Love the look and feel. I will definitely get a newer model. I checked online for future updates and I found out that it will stop coming out with updates in two years. So it’s not worth the money. So I returned it.

I really like the laptop. It does everything thing I need it for. But the customer service at the Muskegon Michigan store on Harvey Street wow that needs a complete overhaul the people there suck!!!!!!!

Great for video editing and basic computer stuff

It's a little outdated, but it gets the job done just fine. The display is big and high definition, and the trackpad is very nice to use. The optical drive and FireWire ports are actually very useful, despite being relatively outdated. The free Final Cut Pro is an added bonus. And it does everything you'd want on a modern computer.
