Overall the quality of this used machine is very good. The screen was in excellent condition. The outside body has some minor dings and some scraps, but overall very good and clean. Con: The power supply that was provided was faulty. It didn't power the laptop what so ever. I have to spend an extra $70 for a brand new one which worked immediately after connection to the laptop. Recommend that Best Buy technician test of the hardware provided for future perspective buys of used products.

The product was overpriced and ran incredibly slow. The store clerks ridiculed, mocked, and made fun of me for even purchasing the late model at that price. Walmart had the same item for $200 less that operated faster and more efficiently.

It broke down in less than a few weeks, I will not recommend this to anyone, it’s slow and the mouse pad is worse

I absolutely have fallen in live with intricate sophistication of the apple macbook. I now understand why so may people rush to buy apple cinputers and other products because they are very unique , intricate and reliable. They hold w charge for long time witout having to plug it in.

Some keys broken and hard to find otherwise in good shape.

Good computer. All in one that allows me to transfer my dvd/cd collection yo a more portable method.

It broke already and I can’t bring it back It’s missing files to unlock it
