    Purchased this item for my daughter for Christmas and it hurts my feelings that the only thing she wanted was a macbook pro for her xmas gift and my baby can't enjoy it because the return button is stuck and doesn't work plus the charger has a severe shortage so it makes that shortage noise. I paid all my hard earned money for a product that claims it's in excellent condition. Turns out to be such a lie. Thanks for ruining my daughters xmas! And

    This computer is not a good working computer in any way. It freezes and needs to be restarted all the time. The screen glitches at least ten times every hour you try to use it
