I missed the ease and cleanliness of a Mac Book!! I’m so happy with this purchase. My previous Mac Book was a 2015. I ended up purchasing a PC Windows Based laptop and it seriously sat for years. It was large, clumpy; blob. Always popping up needs updates. Then I saw this Mac Book for sale. The display is beautiful! Raise & lower the brightness with a slide of the finger. The Touch Bar is fabulous! I wasn’t sure how much I’d use it, I find myself using it every time. Batter lasts longer than thought. The feel and weight of this 13.3” Mac Book is perfect! Keystrokes are soft and takes very little pressure. FaceTime, phone calls, texts all on the Mac Book seamless from iPhone. I’m so happy to be with a Mac Book again!

Perfect for University and Work! I received my 13-inch 2022 MacBook M2 from Best Buy as a gift a little over a year ago and so far it has been an excellent investment for both my studies and my professional life. One of the first things I noticed is how durable this MacBook is. As a university student, I'm always on the go, and my laptop needs to withstand being carried around campus and occasionally shoved into my backpack. I’m glad I opted for the pro because the build quality is top-notch, giving me peace of mind that it can handle my hectic schedule without any issues. This is my first laptop with a feature like the Touch Bar and I really appreciate it. It adds a level of convenience, making it easy to access shortcuts and frequently used tools though it can be tricky sometimes. As a social media intern who uses programs like Canva, Final Cut Pro, and Illustrator to do her work, I appreciate the way it is easily and uniquely customizable for each app. The screen resolution and speakers are also a big plus for my work, the retina display makes the colors sharp and vibrant and the sound output is so incredibly clear. Editing images and videos is super easy, and the high resolution makes everything look professional and also makes reading and writing papers for my classes much more enjoyable. I can’t say that I know much about the make up of the computers internal hardware but from what I’ve heard and how I’ve used my MacBook the M2 chip seems to be beneficial and a step up from the past models because of its fast processing. Additionally the size is perfect for portability. It's lightweight and compact and honestly has just the right amount of screen space for productivity. Overall, I am extremely happy to have been gifted this MacBook. It has exceeded my expectations in every aspect and has made my life so much easier!

I purchased this MacBook Pro to be a workhorse. I enjoy the ease of use, touch bar, and speed of this machine. This computer is an upgrade from my Mac Mini. The battery life is astounding (I've used it for various tasks everyday since purchase) and even the most taxing programs I have used, barely drain the battery, I have only had to charge it 3 times in the month since purchase. There is very little startup time, apps open super fast, and again, the battery. This Mac is great for the price (even greater because it was on sale), does not struggle with any performance issues, and is just a great computer.

Excellent performance with good battery life. Light weight and stylish design. Of course the price can be a concern, if the battery life and performance is not that important, you may switch to cheaper products.

The M2 MacBook Pro 13" is for those wanting a full MacOS experience but in a small portable package with excellent battery life. This is also for those who don't want the notch in the screen on the larger Pros or the M2 Air. This model of the MB Pro really hits the sweet spot for most users. The display is perfectly good and sharp. Battery life of course is industry leading. Apps run great. No lag. More than enough speed and memory for most average laptop users. Speakers on it are good. I only listen to music on my MB Pro. If you like to stream, etc. it will work just fine for that too. If you're considering this model, go for it. It's a beautiful MacBook and it serves well as your main or only computer. I really like this model, it's just right!

It's processing power is very good, and can handle every task I throw at it, including Video Editing, Games, Multi-tasking etc. I love the touchbar option, and think its a very useful feature when watching videos but also when writing papers. The battery is honestly unmatched to its competitors. It lasts a long time on one charge! The audio is very good as well as its customizability and overall look and feel. Overall, its a very great machine that provides way more than expected.

What can I say, its a new a new MacBook! Sleek and Stylish with great performance as one comes to expect from Apple. Lightweight and battery life is amazing, the screen picture is beautiful and it’s super quiet. I love it!

After years of being a loyal PC & Linux user, I bought the 13in M2 MacBook pro to replace a 5 year old Thinkpad T480 I used for productivity (web browsing, email, editing large MS Word & Excel documents) and I've been incredibly impressed. If you want a productivity machine, this is a great buy around the $900-$1,000 mark. The build quality of the device is excellent, far better than the build quality of current commercial grade Lenovo and HP laptops. The device has a nice weight and thickness to it with smooth hinge operation. The keyboard is fantastic to type on, despite how low travel it is. Keys have a nice weight, tactile feel and decent sound. The keys are sized well for those of us with big fingers and well spaced. Coming from a PC & Linux machine, I like the light/touch bar. Especially in Microsoft Office Apps it provides convenient short cuts to frequently used items (like highlighting, bulleted lists and text alignment) that are hidden in the ribbon in the MAC OS version. Battery life is fantastic, so far for light productivity use I've been getting over 20 hours of use to a charge which is a game changer from the at-best 4hrs I would get out of 2 batteries in my Thinkpad. 8GB of ram as of OCT2023 seems to be more than enough for productivity needs in MACOS. Coming from a PC with 16gb of ram I don't notice any difference or slow downs. Having several tabs open in Firefox along with a Word and Excel document open only seems to use 4-5gb of RAM. That being said I bought this with the intent of replacing it in 2-3 years if I find I need more performance. Storage wise, 256gb is enough for me. The device had around 215gb free when I first booted it and I'm used using external hard disks for storage from my Linux and Windows days. The M2 CPU is snappy with apps that are optimized for Apple silicon. I'm extremely happy with this purchase and plan on buying another Apple laptop to replace this when the time is right. That being said this is a secondary device for me and I have both a gaming rig PC and my old Thinkpad to use for my Windows and Linux applications. But as a primary productivity machine, this is a fantastic device.
