Love my computer and experience in Best Las Vegas

Bought an open box model of this MacBook Pro and when we got home the computer was frozen. It must have died when Best Buy performed the reset so the software was stuck. The Best Buy store on Decatur in Las Vegas took care of us right away and replaced it with a brand new MacBook Pro and price matched the open box model because of the mishap. Love the customer service by the team there. Thanks
