MacBook Pro 2022 Terrible experience openbox risky

I had to pay someone to go buy a new charger when I contacted support they wouldn’t even acknowledge one aspect of the situation. The computer was working properly but had scratches. Disgusted with the experience never purchasing from BB again. I would of provide pictures but i traded it in at Apple for One with no scratches and bigger screen

used car salesmen

It was the most annoying thing ever. I will never be going back there to buy anything .

Not very happy - My fault

Sales person did not try to get what I needed. My fault for not returning in time. Mac Book Air M2 would have been a better choice, with more memory.

Worst Purchase Ever/Computer breaks after one year
