Its behind the m2 macbook air. No point of buying this

Not even one star. Was hesitant to buy Mac after being a Windows user for years. The screen cracked for no reason, and was told it was not covered to replace it. Not even a year

I didn’t get my order, I talk with customer back and forth but they sai they can’t resend my order either refund my money

lasted 2 weeks before the touch bar broke and caused motherboard failure. luckily had the best buy program that allowed me to return.

Difficult to use, too small screen and very temperamental to when you restarted almost all you preference selected gone

I was very upset after purchasing my new MacBook Pro M2 Chip and discovering that it had a couple of marks on the internal screen. I did a research online and read that Best Buy purchases bulks of Apple computers more like refurbished and then they turn around and sell it to you full price, VERY UPSETTING TO KNOW THIS!!! I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING ELECTRONIC FROM THEM NOT EVEN TV’S!! Do your homework before purchasing anything concerning electronics. IF I CAN GIVE IT ZERO RATING I WOULD

MacBook Pros are my go to, I wanted a newer one since I had not bought one in over 4 years and I am happy with my purchase. It is the perfect size, good speed, and it doesn't die fast. I charge it once a week.

It isn’t enough memory and storage so I ordered the 14” 16GB with 1TB SSD arriving on Monday I love taking pictures &videos

Item came really quick. I’m very happy with the look of the laptop, the display and battery life. I like how they have finger print access and also the digital bar at the top to make spelling quicker, adjust volume quicker and just make using a laptop easier. It’s almost like part iPad and I enjoy using it. Great deal.

Absolutely amazing machine! I have been an Apple fan all of my life, my first phone was an iPhone and my first laptop when I went to college was a 2016 MacBook Air which sadly died on me after 8 years of every day use. I tried branching out to a few different Windows options, but I just was not happy with their performance, battery life, or display. So, I came back and got the newest MacBook Pro and I am absolutely blown away by feel of this machine. This will be my third day of ownership and have close to 10 hours logged on it so far with activities ranging from downloading/watching videos/playing games/working/etc. and at the time of writing this I am at 64% on one charge over multiple days. Absolutely amazing! I love the magic bar as well, such a neat feature. You will not go wrong making the upgrade or switch to the newest in a great line of Apple products. Would definitely recommend to all my friends and family.

We purchased two of these MBPs from our nearest BestBuy. I am replacing my former mid 2012 MBP which lasted 11 yrs and suffered a water spill. My other half has an older Lenovo and is new to the Mac world. This price is excellent. The negs are you only get 2 USC ports (you must pay for a USB to USC separate cord). Also, this new laptop will not recognize my external HD and doesn't seem compatible with "Photos" from the EHD or from the cloud. As with all new laptops, the speed is amazing. The display is beautiful.......I mean it looks like you are right there! I suggest the AppleCare since it is a good price and I priced out the extended warranty/accidental damage from other companies and AppleCare is the best deal. Lastly, it was very easy to set up and I was up and running within 20 minutes. Be aware of your memory and storage needs because when you make changes, the price will increase.

Up dated and crashed showed no operation system..then locked me out cause said it wzs active firzt 48 hours i had it so disappointed

MacBook Pro exceeded my expectations! Long battery life, excellent speed and outstanding display. I was debating between the pro and air and so happy with my choice!

Best Buy lied about a feature in this lap top which is you can transfer FaceTime calls from iPhone 14 pro max to my lap top
