it is not compatible with trio monitor. It only extend up to 2.

I don’t like buying from Best Buy because most of the products I get seems to have internal issues. I bought a go pro a few months back and had to return it, because it kept freezing. This laptop wasn’t the one I was expecting it to be and for some reason the volume goes out. I would recommend this but not from a Best Buy.

Very slow computer and poor display. It did hurt my eyes.

Typical Apple. Not repairable, not upgradeable. It works for now.

Item software isn’t compatible with most music software

Absolutely amazing laptop. It looks pretty and i can check my email. I like being able to check my email. It even lets me go on the internet. The internet is available to everyone and has lots of information on it. The keyboard is also nice and helps me to write words.

Not ready for prime time. Dull LED screen, Mirroring to other TV's and monitors are constant issues. Can't properly adjust color temp of the screen so it matches my other equipment. Apps are VERY limited for the Mac. I assumed apps were common to all Apple products. Nope! Edit screen above the keyboard is a nice touch. Stock apps very limited, for example, Pages won't open some DOC files, and their solution is to download and install another product, load the Doc file there and then it will load in Pages. Facetime works nice but if you contact a 3 callers and they are not available, they WILL be able to pop up on your screen unexpected later in the day.

Fast, responsive, and exactly what I wanted. Went back and forth between this one and the larger MacBook Pro. Ultimately there is so much power packed into this for the price that I have been very pleased and don’t believe the price was worth the upgrade. Used mainly for web browsing, grad school research and writing papers/building presentations. Great machine!

Computer died after two weeks and resulted in the loss of valuable information. Best Buy eventually replaced the unit.

This computer is thin, compact, and easy to use. My son likes it very much. When we bought it, Best Buy had another $50 discount. We returned and repurchased it once, saving $50, and we felt very happy.

After opening the wrapping off the computer I noticed multiple scuff marks on the surface of the computer. It was supposed to be a brand new computer. The computer works fine so far but I feel like I was given a used computer. I’d recommend opening the computer box in the store to make sure it’s flawless.

The M2 processor in this model is brilliant allowing me over two days of work on battery and is extremely fast, quiet, and cool for extended periods whether on battery or plugged in. Performance is excellent on battery with a Heaven benchmark score of 2400 and 95fps. The model however does not really have enough memory at 8GB if you are going to use Parallels or other memory intensive applications. The SSD at 256GB is also too small if you intend to store large amounts of data locally. Be aware that the SSD in this model is about half the speed of the previous model so the relatively small amount of memory and slower SSD storage can make this model run slower since the SSD will be used when memory is low. This model also uses the older MacBook Pro design which is dated and has a poorer screen than some of the new models.

My last pro was awesome this one not so much slow as well it was open and had a photo, I call to exchange it but they couldn’t do on phone so had to go to store. They were out of them so here we wait

Absoluteley love my MacBook Pro! Its so easy to use and has so many outstanding features. I also really like the touch bar as well

I'd been using a refurbished 2012 MacBook Pro and it got to the point that it was no longer compatible with the newest updates I need for work. I went ahead and purchased this new MacBook Pro and it's one of the best investments I've made in a long time. I'm constantly using my computer for my job and this has helped me so much and made so many programs run smoother and I've had no issues. Loving it so far and know I will for a very long time.

Runs slow as if refurbished. Not up to standards. May not be new.

I have to say I’m very impressed. I don’t usually write reviews but this one I’ve been meaning to. So far my new laptop has been so amazing. 2 years ago I bought 3 Dells. (Homeschooling) they were so slow and close out windows, less than a year I had to be on the phone with technical support. 1 had to be replaced, and the beginning of this school year they hardly work. Getting pictures to download was a com joke we had to email them from our iPhones to get them saved to files. Currently now only one still works and is no longer covered under warranty. It takes 10 minutes to load a simple page. With that being said, my MacBook, saved 5 iPhone photo files (a lot Of photos like thousands) within 15 minutes per phone!!! Also comes with some really Cool features, they’re clouddocs, amazing for homeschool graphing for like grade logs, gpas, attendance. When someone texts me it pops up on the computer so I can respond without going to get my phone. And it’s very simple to operate once you learn the programs. Overall very pleased and was the best purchase of 2022!

Bought about 3 years ago and all time my favorite Mac book easy to access easy to download material and easy to navigate for school

Loving this new Mac. I have an older Intel-based Mac for work (mid-2017) and this one is a big improvement. The older Mac will get quite warm when I'm viewing video content or doing audio production and the fan will come on, but not so with the new Mac. It stays quiet and cool. This new machine will carry me into retirement, so I'm quite happy with this purchase
