I'd been using a refurbished 2012 MacBook Pro and it got to the point that it was no longer compatible with the newest updates I need for work. I went ahead and purchased this new MacBook Pro and it's one of the best investments I've made in a long time. I'm constantly using my computer for my job and this has helped me so much and made so many programs run smoother and I've had no issues. Loving it so far and know I will for a very long time.

Runs slow as if refurbished. Not up to standards. May not be new.

I have to say I’m very impressed. I don’t usually write reviews but this one I’ve been meaning to. So far my new laptop has been so amazing. 2 years ago I bought 3 Dells. (Homeschooling) they were so slow and close out windows, less than a year I had to be on the phone with technical support. 1 had to be replaced, and the beginning of this school year they hardly work. Getting pictures to download was a com joke we had to email them from our iPhones to get them saved to files. Currently now only one still works and is no longer covered under warranty. It takes 10 minutes to load a simple page. With that being said, my MacBook, saved 5 iPhone photo files (a lot Of photos like thousands) within 15 minutes per phone!!! Also comes with some really Cool features, they’re clouddocs, amazing for homeschool graphing for like grade logs, gpas, attendance. When someone texts me it pops up on the computer so I can respond without going to get my phone. And it’s very simple to operate once you learn the programs. Overall very pleased and was the best purchase of 2022!

Bought about 3 years ago and all time my favorite Mac book easy to access easy to download material and easy to navigate for school

Loving this new Mac. I have an older Intel-based Mac for work (mid-2017) and this one is a big improvement. The older Mac will get quite warm when I'm viewing video content or doing audio production and the fan will come on, but not so with the new Mac. It stays quiet and cool. This new machine will carry me into retirement, so I'm quite happy with this purchase

Love it!! Simple to set up. Easy to use like the size.

This laptop is extremely fast, has a very long battery life. It takes an hour to charge for me if that and last for about 4 days without me charging it. I don't use it all day but I do use it for about 4 hours a day, including streaming videos. Defiantly recommend.

Horrible horrible service at Loveland women was so rude I was shocked

fast, battery lasts forever and super fun to customize. however it is heavy, as expected because it’s not the air so keep that in mind if its something you care about

This was a graduation/starting college gift (and necessary item) for my granddaughter. She says it is easy to use and not too heavy. She is extremely happy with this laptop.

Love Apple products. My new MacBook Pro is awesome. So easy to use. Love that it works with all of my other Apple items (phone; iPad)

Purchased this MacBook Pro for my son and he loves it. He was easily able to pull up all of the aps from his iphone and could immediately use the computer.

Finally upgraded and haven't looked back. It was n easy process through Best Buy and they delivered it in less then a week

Good pc for cheap with discount. Love macs because I can link my documents with iPhone through iCloud

Always happy with Mac products, but alarmingly surprised at how inexpensive it was. Is it cheaper quality? So far, one month in, I’m finding the product working excellently. The touch toolbar feature is great although the emoji function doesn’t isn’t compatible with all apps.

I still can’t believe how powerful this macbook is, it is a work of art from Apple.
