For this reason I would have rather stayed with my one I had.

No receipt for on line purchase

Arrived on time, no problems at all getting it set up. I didn't receive a receipt from best buy, so a little worried for the future. I called customer support. No help at all

DONT BUYScreen malfunctioned 5 times in 6 months.

They also kept cancelling my order and saying it was ready when it wasn’t and it was really sketchy and unenjoyable buying experience. They clearly just gave me a used and refurbished laptop with faulty engineering, and sold it at the new price. Stupid jerks. Thanks for the $1400 hunk of junk, you’ve lost all my and my families future business.

"Costs Less. Does More." Yeah right.

This laptop does not natively support more than one external monitor and the number of dongles I would have needed was too much for me. If you're familiar with Apple's ecosystem and you just want a reliable laptop to check your email and browse the web, then this is the right machine for you.

Broke within 3 weeks and is in for repair
