I purchased the 2019 version then and it lasted up until last year (2023) where I had water damage :( and by then my protection plan expired. It would have costed me over $1K for it to be repaired but I figured I'd just repurchase a newer one. Just as great, haven't had any issues just don't spill or drop your laptop. :)

I love my Macbook Pro

I decided to buy a Macbook for my use and to occasionally support my sister with her university studies. It is a very useful, safe and technological computer. I love using it to do my reporting and for my sister to create her music with the Pro Tools platform. In short, it is a very excellent electronic device and I recommend it.

Although it sucks that all of microsoft 365 stuff cant be used on it, i was quickly able to adapt and easily download a virtual compute to have a 2-1 computer expirience! The touch bar is awesome, i always use it for brightness volume and recording! Wish they would keep it around more but its the perfect device and has AMAZING screen display, seriously go see it yourself!

Quiet and Quick

So far, it has handled everything with ease and I’ve never heard the fan turn on, unlike older macs with intel processors. When doing AI processing in Lightroom, it takes a little bit longer than my PC with a dedicated graphics card. Despite that, I still prefer to edit on the Mac because if the Retina display.
